Education

  • SmallWorld Foundation has donated 81 laptops as an in-kind contribution to enable 81 vulnerable Syrian children living in the UAE to continue their remote education, especially in light of measures put in place in the UAE to limit the spread of COVID-19. The 81 low income Syrian children are mainly spread across 3 emirates: Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah, and Ajman.

  • SmallWorld Foundation supported the Emirates Autism Center in Abu Dhabi UAE with an in-kind donation of school supplies, stationary, and keyboards to enable autistic students with their distance learning.

  • SmallWorld Foundation has donated 5 laptops to support children with low economic resources at Basmat Amal Initiative to continue their distance learning.

  • In Mexico, SmallWorld provided the chance to street children to return to school and continue their education.

  • SmallWorld Foundation has supported Orange Seeds Nursery with an in-kind donation of educational tools to support the education of autistic children with low economic resources.

    Vocational Training

  • SmallWorld Foundation sponsored seven children from Basmat Amal Initiative in learning all aspects of filmmaking from storyboarding to filming to editing.

    Physical & Mental Well-being

  • SmallWorld Foundation has supported Basmat Amal Initiative with an in-kind donation of Arabic and English dictionaries, HP printable activity books and various English and Arabic story books, magazines and activity books that are displayed in the newly set-up library at Basmat Amal premises for the consumption and utilization of Basmat Amal Initiatives Students in the Emirates of Abu Dhabi to enable and support further their learning.

  • In Ukraine, SmallWorld supported 15 underprivileged children in developing their talents in music and sports.
